At Poppy & Peonies, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. We strive to make the return process as seamless as our handbags are stylish.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
